The Poincaré-Lyapounov-Nekhoroshev theorem for involutory systems of vector fields

We extend the Poincaré-Lyapounov-Nekhoroshev theorem from torus actions and invariant tori to general (non-abelian) involutory systems of vector fields and general invariant manifolds.
