Comment on “Contextuality within quantum mechanics manifested in subensemble mean values” [Phys. Lett. A 373 (2009) 3430]

We examine Pan and Home's test and show its equivalence with a Stern-Gerlach measurement. We present a realistic model that explains all outcomes of such a test. This shows that the test would be inconclusive about the untenability of realistic, noncontextual models.
