Solving linear variational inequalities by projection neural network with time-varying delays

A projection neural network with time-varying delays is proposed for solving linear variational inequalities. By the theory of functional differential equation and the linear matrix inequality technique, the proposed neural network is proved to be globally exponentially stable. The obtained results complement and extend the previously known work.
