Stable stationary solutions for a reaction-diffusion equation with a multi-stable nonlinearity

In this Letter, we give a construction of stable stationary solutions for a spatially multi-dimensional discrete reaction-diffusion equation with a multi-stable nonlinearity and a small diffusion constant. The existence of spatial chaos and spatially chaotic solutions is shown. The exact value of the spatial entropy is estimated.
