New finding of coherent hybrid structure of BaTiO3 single crystal in the room temperature phase

Precise X-ray diffraction measurements using a precession camera have clarified that BaTiO3 single crystals have coherent hybrid structures with tetragonal and monoclinic lattices, sharing the (1¯01) face of the tetragonal, which is guessed to have a relation with formation of the 90° domains.
