Thermoluminescence and Mechanoluminescence of Eu Doped Y2O3 Nanophosphors

Thermoluminescence and Mechanoluminescence phenomenon of Y2O3: Eu nanophosphor prepared by combustion method has reported.XRD; Optical absorption spectra have also studied. TL emission spectra show intense peak around 600 nm.
