Formal Derivation of Digital Image Sensor Model

Mathematical models of digital array image sensor are used in digital holography for deriving properties of the recorded digital hologram. However such models are usually taken by granted, without formal derivation, and from time to time this approach leads to mistakes. Present paper provides formal derivation for digital image sensor model.
