Using the methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis, the paper makes quantitative analysis and comprehensive assessment of our comprehensive analysis of all regions in China. The paper also gives the results verified with multivariate statistical analysis method, which can have a supplementary role for Chinese economic, environmental and the further development.
