The Temperature Correction in the Small Conductance Measurement

The small conductance can be measured by the constant volume process or accumulation method. In this method, the change of temperature will make an additional flow rate and then make a system error for the measured conductance value. The temperature correction analysis has been given at this paper, and also the analysis result.
