An effective method, composed of LAMP and dCAPS, to detect different mutations in fenoxaprop-P-ethyl-resistant American sloughgrass (Beckmannia syzigachne Steud.) populations

- Develop LAMP assays to detect four other mutations including W2027C, I2041A, D2078G and G2096A, besides I1781L, in B. syzigachne populations.
- Five new dCAPS markers were developed for detecting the five different mutations in fenoxaprop-P-ethyl-resistant B. syzigachne.
- A method composed of LAMP and dCAPS was developed to detect mutation and discriminate between homozygous and heterozygous resistant individual.
- 19 resistant B. syzigachne populations were studied using the method, with 30 individuals chosen to confirm the constitution of each population.
