Análisis psicométrico de la subescala manipulación de objetos de la escala peabody de desarrollo motor segunda edición (PDMS-2) con el modelo de Rasch

The methodology based on the study of fit of the items to the Rasch family of models allows us to obtain estimates of the invariant skill of people and item difficulty parameters. In addition, this study provides preliminary evidence that the simplification of the rating scales of most items of the scale object manipulation of the PDMS-2 to dichotomous categories could optimize their measurement qualities because the Rasch dichotomous model has been the one that has best explained the variability of the responses of children in the sample.
