• UNHEALTHY CONFLICT in health care settings creates stress for nurses. Unresolved conflict generates feelings of being overwhelmed or “swamped.”
• BY USING REFLECTION, it is possible to gain insight into underlying beliefs and behaviors concerning conflict.
