Accompagnement de la professionnalisation des infirmiers nouvellement diplômés en France : une étude qualitative

Linked at the aim of paramedical training appliance and thanks to R. Wittorsky's works (2007, 2012), professionalization becomes distinct as a process of inner construction and acquisition of professional knowledge that involves dynamic movement and transformation in individuals' development under action. This qualitative research takes as starting point the study of the first developments of professionalization of our state-qualified nurses (formation reference from 2009) in the case of the beginning of their public office in a hospital. It leans on the managerial staff analysis upon the evaluations of their abilities. The study done at three different times allows the indicators of four professional identities achieved (the talented, the efficient pragmatics, the justified volunteers, the wait-and-see disengaged) in the study of the professional process of the new nurses.
