Integration of non-indigenous species within the interspecific abundance-occupancy relationship

► We examine the abundance-occupancy relationship (AOR) on six disturbed islands. ► We test whether indigenous and non-indigenous species differ along the AOR. ► Species are randomly distributed on the AOR whatever the degree of disturbance. ► The non-indigenous species have been integrated alongside indigenous communities.
