چکیده انگلیسی
▶ Responses of C and N mineralization and microbial community-level physiological profile to temperature and substrate addition were studied in mineral soils from a hybrid poplar chronosequence. ▶ Carbon and N mineralization were significantly affected by temperature, substrate addition and stand age. ▶ Temperature and labile C addition changed microbial community functions in the poplar chronosequence. ▶ Temperature, substrate addition and stand age interacted to affect microbial functional diversity and C and N mineralization.
