G2G2 Hermite interpolation with circular precision

Recently some G1G1 Hermite-type interpolation methods using a rational parametric cubic were proposed; the methods reproduce a circular arc when the input data come from it. A G2G2 Hermite-type interpolation method is now proposed which reproduces a circular arc when the input data come from it.
