This article is a relatively autonomous piece from the ongoing complex research entitled “Personality and Weltanschauung”, research based on various and complementary investigative tools (two personality questionnaires, a brief test on mental flexibility and the projective test DAT) – including Smiescheck personality questionnaire for tendencies and pronounced predispositions, whereby we made the data acquisition for this paper, data used forward in descriptive statistical analysis and approach. We applied all the instruments on 100 matriculates of the Faculty of Management, Economical Engineering in Agriculture and Rural Development within the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (they are attending license studies within 2012 – 2016), aged 19-22, coming from both urban and rural areas and both genders almost in equable distribution. The results of Schmiescheck personality questionnaire application indicate that the individuals have, in varying proportions, both tendencies and pronounced predisposition. The number of pronounced predisposition for one subject varies from none to 6 and the number of tendencies for one subject varies from 1to 8. Among the 10 traits measured by Schmiescheck questionnaire, the largest share regarding the pronounced predisposition goes to emotiveness (45%), hyperthymia (34%) and cyclothymia (29%) – the first and the second features partially being characteristics of adolescence and none of them being a characteristic of an (efficient) manager.
