The effect of nonylphenol on gene expression in Atlantic salmon smolts

► Microarrays were used to investigate the effects of nonylphenol on Atlantic salmon. ► Expression of 124 features was significantly altered in fish exposed to nonylphenol. ► Nonylphenol and smolting affect expression of ten genes in the opposite direction.
