Meetings between experts: A route to simpler, fairer trials?

Expert evidence which is both accurate and forensically sound can be daunting for a lay audience, particularly if opposing experts have points of disagreement. The current position in English law is examined to show the advantages and problems of pre-trial meetings between experts.
