Stability of linear stochastic 2-D homogeneous systems

The two dimensional stably excited random sequence is introduced and some properties are discussed in this paper. Then the stability of the linear stochastic 2-D homogeneous systems is studied and some sufficient conditions to guarantee its stability are obtained.
