Global phase portraits of a SIS model

► We model a non-fatal infectious disease which does not yield immunity. ► We provide the global classification of the phase portraits of a SIS model. ► Poincaré compactification is used to draw the phase portraits. ► We prove that a SIS model has only two different global phase portraits.
