Using Fourier coefficients to determine the unstable points of Hill equation

The main purpose of this paper is to determine the unstable points of the Hill equation x″+(λ+q(t))x=0. The approach is based on Fourier coefficients combining with a novel form discriminant of Hill equation. The method is much different from the previous methods employed in the literature.
