On the lower bounds for the norms of Cauchy-Toeplitz and Cauchy-Hankel matrices

In this paper, we give lower bounds for the Euclidean norms and spectral norms of Cauchy-Toeplitz matrices and Cauchy-Hankel matrices in the forms Tn=[1/(g+(i-j)h)]i,j=1n, Hn=[1/(g+(i+j)h)]i,j=1n, respectively.
