On existence of positive solutions of a two-point boundary value problem for a nonlinear singular semipositone system

By employing the well-known fixed point index theorem and making a substitution, the existence of positive solutions of a two-point boundary value problem for a nonlinear singular semipositone system is investigated. Some new existence results are established and an example is presented to demonstrate the application of our main results.
