An algorithm for ranking technology suppliers in the presence of nondiscretionary factors

Ranking technology suppliers is an important area to which insufficient attention has been paid by researchers. Present models of technology suppliers ranking are all based on both buyer's perspective as well as on complete discretionary of decision making factors. The objective of this paper is to propose an innovative algorithm for ranking technology suppliers in the presence of nondiscretionary factors from supplier's perspective. A numerical example demonstrates the application of the proposed method.
