Convergence of AOR method

In this paper, some practical sufficient conditions for convergence of AOR method for solving Ax = b with A is a doubly diagonally dominant matrix are presented, and results in [L.J. Cveković, D. Herceg, Convergence theory for AOR method, J. Comput. Math. 8 (2) (1990) 128–134] are improved. The results obtained are also generalized to H-matrices.
