Comparing of reliability characteristics between two different systems

This paper deals with two systems. Each system with two components are considered arranged in parallel. The second system differs from the first system due to the additional feature of preventive maintenance. The two systems are analyzed under the assumption that the failure, repair, replacement and preventive maintenance times of the units are assumed to be arbitrarily distributed. These distributions are specifically applicable to those parallel systems. Which there function of each until of the components is operative. But the failure of one component affects the lifetime parameter of the other regenerative point technique. It has been used to obtain various reliability. By characteristics has been investigated by computer programs for calculating the mean time to system failure (MTSF), the availability and the profit of each system and comparisons for these systems have been developed.
