On the first unknown value of the function g(v)

Let g(v) denote the least possible number of lattice points in the interior of a convex lattice v-gon. Values of this function are known for v∈{1,…,16}\{11,15}. It is also known that for the smallest not yet established case, it holds that 11⩽g(v)⩽17. The purpose of this paper is to prove that g(11)=17.
