The number of fuzzy subgroups of finite cyclic groups and Delannoy numbers

The main goal of this note is to establish a connection between the fuzzy subgroups of a finite cyclic group with kk direct factors and the lattice paths of ZkZk. This leads us to an explicit formula for the well-known central Delannoy numbers.
