Lower-bound estimates for a class of harmonic functions and applications to Masaev's Type theorem

This paper is concerned with a class of harmonic functions in a cone. Exploiting some ideas of Levin, we derive lower-bound estimates for them. Using these estimates, we investigate Masaev's Type inequalities.
