Universal Taylor series on arbitrary planar domains

Let Ω⊂C, Ω≠C be any domain and ζ∈Ω. Let R=dist(ζ,Ωc)∈(0,+∞) and . We set J(Ω,ζ)=Ωc∩C(ζ,R). Then there exists f∈H(Ω), such that the sequence , N=0,1,… , approximates any polynomial uniformly on each compact set K⊂J(Ω,ζ) with C∖K connected.
