Legislating for robots & zombies

Over 15 years after the enactment of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and approximately 10 years since they were first reported, the UK Government has published the Police and Justice Bill, Part 5 of which contains provisions designed to comprehensively combat the proliferation of denial of service attacks.
