Digital Cultural Heritage Projects: Opportunities and Future Challenges

This paper reports on the state of the art of pertinent initiatives managed at the national level by the Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and Bibliographic Information (ICCU), which is an institute of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Activities and Tourism (MiBACT).
