Resistivity imaging of binary mixture using weighted Landweber method in electrical impedance tomography

As one of the alternative noninvasive techniques, electrical impedance tomography has been applied to visualize binary mixtures like two-phase flows because of its low cost and fast response. In this paper, a weighted iterative Landweber method is proposed for binary mixture imaging to enhance the resolution of the reconstructed images. At each iteration step, adaptive step-lengths are calculated to accelerate the convergence rate. Numerical simulations and experiments are carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.
