A recovery model for combinational disruptions in logistics delivery: Considering the real-world participators

► We present a novel approach to measure delivery disruptions. ► We develop a combinational disruption recovery model for VRPTW. ► Disruption Management by NPM outdoes the Rescheduling method in used indicators. ► Considering optimal starting times provides a new strategy for disrupted VRP. ► It seems impossible to satisfy all the participators when producing recovery plans.
