Optimal harvest time in continuous aquacultural production: The case of nonhomogeneous production cycles

This study considers a general framework for identifying the optimal time to harvest an aquacultural crop when production cycles are deemed nonhomogeneous. It can be shown that the harvesting strategy derived from the Faris or Faustmann model could be misleading when differential seasonal growth exists.
