- Energy levels and radiative and Auger transition rates are calculated.
- The regular change of the radiative and Auger rates is discussed.
- The Auger transition rates are larger than the radiative rates in low-Z ions.
Relativistic energies, radiative and Auger rates of the high-lying doubly-excited 1s23l3lâ²1,3L states of the Be isoelectronic sequence are studied using the saddle-point variational method with complex rotation. The relativistic and mass polarization corrections are calculated using the first-order perturbation theory. Autoionizing levels and widths above the 1s22s and 1s22p thresholds are considered and their contributions are analysed. The regular change of the radiative and Auger rates along the Be isoelectronic sequence is discussed in this work. The results are compared with the available experimental and other theoretical data in the literature.
