Energies, radiative decay rates and Auger decay probabilities of the core-excited states 1s2s2p2 of Be-like ions are studied using the fully relativistic MCDF method. Electron correlations effects are considered using the active space method in extended optimal level mode. Variations of radiative and Auger rates as a function of Z are studied. Results show that radiative rates increase smoothly with increasing Z in the Z space from 8 to 28. At low Z, Auger rates are greater than radiative probabilities, while at Z=28, for most of the states, radiative probabilities exceed the Auger rates.
⺠Energies, radiative and Auger rates of the state 1s2s2p2 of Be-like ions are studied. âºAt low Z, Auger rates is greater than radiative probabilities. âºAt Z=28, for most of the states, radiative probabilities exceed the Auger rates. âºAuger BR to 1s22l (2s, 2p) and 1s23l (3s, 3p, 3d) limits are investigated. âºAuger and radiative rates of states 5P1,2,3 are much smaller than other states.
