Research of Effect of Energy-conservation Results: Evidence from Urban Household Survey

The choice of energy conservation behavior (ECB) is a complicated process. In order to examine the feedback of effect of energy conservation results under the situational factors --- energy-conservation policy; this paper builds a theory model and makes surveys on the urban residents of eastern region of China. The results show that the intention of energy conservation behavior is not coincident with the behavior, because of the regulating effect of the situational factors. Perception of results has the feedback effect to intention and behavior. Finally, this paper proposes the suggestion to optimize energy-conservation policy.
