RETRACTED: Apply Fuzzy Learning Effect with Fuzzy Processing Times for Single Machine Scheduling Problems

This article has been retracted at the request of There is sufficient evidence indicating the author has misappropriated and plagiarized a paper under the title “Single Machine Scheduling Problems under Position-Dependent Fuzzy Learning Effect with Fuzzy Processing Times”, authored by M. Duran Toksari and Oğuzhan Arik, during the peer-review process for the International Journal of Fuzzy Systems. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter.
