Regulation of the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) in BeWo and HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast cell lines

BeWo cells express the ACE2/Ang 1-7/Mas pathway, which is sensitive to cAMP and therefore are useful for studying the effects of ACE2/Ang 1-7/Mas on trophoblast function.
