In situ atomic force microscopy of modified dextrin adsorption on hydrophobic and hydrophilic layered silicate minerals

The characteristics of the adsorbed layer (and properties of the polymer material) influenced the surface forces experienced between hydrophobic surfaces and those between hydrophilic surfaces.
