Surface immobilization of fibronectin-derived PHSRN peptide on functionalized polymer films - Effects on fibroblast spreading

Spontaneous adsorption of PHSRN cell-adhesive peptide on functionalized hydrophilic (a) and unmodified hydrophobic (b) polymer surfaces result in different peptide adsorption kinetics, spatial peptide disposition at the solid interface, and cellular response to the immobilized peptide.
