Evaluation of adhesion force between functionalized microbeads and protein-coated stainless steel using shear-flow-induced detachment

The aim was to quantify macromolecular interactions between specific biopolymers and stainless steel, combining modelling and shear-flow-induced detachment of functionalized microbeads in adhesive contact with bare or BSA-coated surfaces.
