Modification of membrane heterogeneity by antipsychotic drugs: An X-ray diffraction comparative study

Phospholipid bilayer arrangement of a mixture made of phosphatidylcholine/sphingomyelin and cholesterol in equimolar proportion. All antipsychotic drugs decreased Lo phase bilayer thickness; their effect on the Ld phase differed depending on the studied compound.
