Surface topography evolution through production of aluminium offset lithographic plates

▶ Feedback loop between alloy and processing conditions of offset lithoplate with links to press performance developed. ▶ Lithoplate functionality introduced by electrograining characterised by comparison with previous process stages, rolling and etching. ▶ Analysis of the pit depth distribution allowed evaluation of the liquid distribution on the lithoplate.
