Tool life and wear mechanism when machining Hastelloy C-22HS

▶ We do experimental study wear mechanism and tool life with coated carbide. ▶ Study the tool wear and life occur during the machining of Hastelloy C-22. ▶ Optimization of the variables to increase too life of the cutting tools. ▶ Results indicated that PVD cutting tools performed better than CVD cutting tools.
