Global sensitivity and uncertainty analysis of a dynamic agroecosystem model under different irrigation treatments

► We perform global sensitivity and uncertainty analysis of irrigation treatments using CERES-Maize. ► We use the Morris and Sobol' global sensitivity analysis procedures. ► Full irrigation was most sensitive to parameters recommended for calibration. ► Limited irrigation was most influenced by water holding capacity. ► A new systematic calibration procedure is proposed.
