► Steady-state RAS model and data from actual sea-bream installation are used. ► Growth, feeding, survival and cost sub-models are extracted from data. ► Fish growth is slower than previously indicated. ► Mortality rate decreases as fish grow. ► Currently there is an incentive to increase the load and the harvest size of fish.
