Wide interguild relationships among entomopathogenic and free-living nematodes in soil as measured by real time qPCR

► Bactivorous nematodes (FLBNs) reduced entomopathogenic nematode (EPN) reproduction. ► A molecular probe was made for the FLBN Acrobeloides maximum and close relatives. ► FLBNs, EPNs and nematophagous fungi (NF) in a citrus grove were spatially related. ► Results support Linford's hypothesis of organic amendment effects on soil food webs.
